- be partially employed.
- be able to, available for, and actively seeking work.
- have earned, at least, $858.00 in the highest quarter of your base period.
What do I need to file my claim?
- Identification Card: Alien Resident Card, Driver’s License, or any other valid and legally acceptable form of identification
- Social Security Card
- Last Employer’s Separation (laid-off/discharged) Letter
- Last Check Stub(s)
- DD-214 Form (US Military)
- SF-8 / SF-50 Form (Federal Civilian).
