Customer Experience Manager
Position Purpose:
Customer Experience Managers (CXM) are members of the store leadership and management team, overseeing execution of store standards across the entire store, including customer service, department readiness, and operational process. CXMs manage all activities required to ensure a safe opening and closing process. They coach associates, address customer service escalations, and perform Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities. Communicate messages, priorities and task to all associates Perform Opening, Closing and MOD tasking as well as other whole store focus. Provide input to associates, verify issue correction, and preventative action in put in place. Approve and address missed punches, variances, schedule changes, receive "call outs" and communicate with ASMs and SM regarding follow-up actions. Additionally, this associate organizes merchandise and top stock to set up stores for sales success. What You Will Do
All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Receiver/Stocker, this means:
• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is accurately received, stocked, and replenished.

What We're Looking For

• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Minimally must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance.
