Vector Marketing is running virtual interviews for customer sales rep positions. Basic responsibilities include working with customers virtually, explaining our American made products, and placing any orders.

There is a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn’t based on sales or results, but incentives are possible based on performance.

We work with Cutco products that are used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well. Previous experience & knowledge about home goods isn’t needed.

We provide all of the tools and training needed for success.

Position Details :

Excellent pay $21.00 base-appt not based on sales. We have a commission structure set up based on performance. Paid weekly.

There is opportunity to make more, but there is still a fall back for the sales rep to make an income even if they have an off week.

  • Solid training We’ve been training people to do well for over 40 years. Even if someone doesn’t decide to stay with us long term, the sales, networking, customer service, & communication skills they build are needed for any field.
  • Flexible scheduling We help our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, some are looking for summer work, while others choose to be super part time around other commitments such as other jobs, internships, vacations, classes, or family obligations.
  • Choice of location Sales reps can work from home or locally after their training.

Our client here in Sioux Falls is a leader in the region when it comes to innovation and is looking for a marketing strategist to come to lead and run the marketing initiatives needed to continue its growth.

The ideal Marketing Strategist will work closely with external marketing support teams and internal leadership. The Marketing Strategist will own the marketing strategy from initial creation to market delivery.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Interface with internal team members and external agencies to build relationships. Identify key business, market, competitive, audience, leadership, management, and operational insights.
  • Ideate and propose a marketing strategy based on present mission-critical research, findings, strategies, product positioning, and product road maps.
  • Research to understand client businesses, markets, and audiences
  • Create compelling brand narratives
  • Formulate buyer roadmaps and personas, and consumer journeys
  • Work with the creative and external marketing teams to ensure messaging, marketing, and content strategies align with client business objectives
  • Write creative briefs
  • Own the social media strategy and execute weekly, monthly, and annual social campaigns
  • Work with sales, leadership, and external agencies to create email marketing and digital marketing campaigns
  • Propose and build educational and informative campaigns to assist target audiences in understanding modern technology as it pertains to trucking and logistics
  • Build a community platform and interface to engage our target audience
  • Brainstorm new ways to engage the client's target audience through modern marketing tools such as Podcasts

YOUR EXPERIENCE :

  • 2+ years' experience, preferably in B2B corporate strategy
  • Experience creating marketing strategies that have helped achieve quantifiable corporate objectives
  • Experience developing and presenting strategy presentations
  • Ability to understand complex clients, markets, audiences, and sales cycles
  • Apt at shaping a compelling value narrative around customer, market, and business data
  • Experience with account-based marketing initiatives
  • Persuasive communications skills
