- become unemployed and have worked in Vermont anytime in the past 18 months
- become totally or partially unemployed, the time to establish a new claim is during the first week you work less than 35 hours.
What do I need to file my claim?
- Complete name and address of each employer (including zip code) you worked for.
- Payroll address (if different from employer address)
- Employer telephone number (including area code)
- Beginning and ending dates of employment.
