You must
- partially or totally unemployed through no fault of your own.
- be a US citizen or allowed to work in the US. You must have sufficient earnings in the base period to establish eligibility.
- have paid wages for employment in at least two base period quarters.
What do I need to file my claim?
- Your Social Security number
- Driver’s License or state-issued identification number
- The names and dates of all the places you worked during the past 18 months.
