What do I need to file my claim?
- SSN (Social Security Number)
- Home address and mailing address (if different)
- Telephone number
- Valid email
- UC System username and password, if already established
- Direct deposit bank information (optional) - bank name, address, account and routing number.
- Employer's name, address and phone number
- Employer's PA UC account number (if known)
- First and last day worked with employer
- Reason for leaving
- Pension or severance package information (if applicable)

- Go to the official website and sign in to the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation System to file
- Available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

- Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (EST)
