Am I Eligible?

You must meet all the following:

• Unemployed, and worked in Montana during the past 12 months
• Earned a minimum amount of wages determined by Montana guidelines
• Actively seeking work each week you are collecting benefits.

What do I need to file my claim?

• Dates of Employment
  • Business Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
• The account number and bank routing number for the account you want your benefits deposited to.
• The name and local number of your union hall.
• A copy of your DD214, Member Copy 4 must be provided to our office
• Your SF-8 or SF-50 may assist you in filing your unemployment claim.
• For non U.S. Citizens, alien registration card number and expiration date are required.
