Am I Eligible?

You must 

• not have any earnings or had earnings of less than 140% of your Weekly Benefit Amount
• meet all Eligibility Requirements
• have and a week for which you are not disqualified

What do I need to file my claim?

• Your Social Security Number
• Your mailing and physical address
• Your telephone number
• Your last employer's name and address
• The name and number of your labor union if you find work through a union
• Your Alien Identification Number or registration information if you are not a US Citizen
• Your banking information if you wish to receive UI payments by Direct Deposit

How to apply for Unemployment Insurance Benefits?

File Online

• File your initial claim for unemployment insurance (UI) online using EZARC. www.ezarc.adws.arkansas.gov
• Monday – Friday, 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.

File By Phone

• Once you have completed this filing process, call the UI Hotline to have your claim processed. 1-844-908-2178
• Monday – Friday, 8 a.m.– 3:30 p.m.
