Who we are looking for :

We are currently looking for a Welder A to be based out of Philadelphia, PA. Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, this person will be responsible for welding duties at the facility.

What you’ll do :

Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace by following all 5S, Standard Operating and Safety Procedures, including wearing required PPE.
  • Ensure all processes are carried out with the required use of safety controls and PPE
  • Cross train in different areas of the shop as required
  • Maintains inventory by identifying and labeling product and WIP.
  • Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment
  • Welding aluminum, steel, galvanized and stainless-steel material.
  • Inspecting quality of work performed
  • Monitoring and changing gas tanks and wire as needed, facilitating reorder process.
  • Using precision measuring devices, such as caliper, micrometers, and protractors
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints
  • Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials
  • Housekeeping and sanitation
  • Performing tasks as assigned by his or her manager.

A day in the life of a Welder at REV :
