The responsibility of this role is to perform manual and clerical duties that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within or near work site.
- Moves materials from storage or work sites to designated area per Sales Ticket.
- Packages merchandise for shipment by common carrier.
- Attaches identifying tag or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.
- Fabricates and installs racks and shelving as required.
- Operates material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies to move stock or reorganize storage.
- Keeps records of storeroom inventory.
- Participates in ordering or purchasing standard stock items, such as recommending additions or deletions to standard stock items or ordering replenishments within established procedures and limits.
- Be courteous in all contact with company customers.
- Assist in keeping all work areas clean.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Class B License required.
- Knowledge of safety practices.
- Skill in lifting heavy packages and objects.
- Skill in operating forklift or other materials handling equipment.
- Skill in operating large vehicles in tight and congested areas.
- Knowledge of automated or computerized system operation.
- Ability to effectively communicate.
- Customer focused and team oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
Two to three years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand.
- The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
Typical environments include offices, light industrial, commercial, utility and manufacturing. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Position Summary :
Select cases and other containers of food and non-foods products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems.
Items are placed on pallets and completed orders are moved to the loading dock staging area with an electric pallet jack / forklift, wrapped, labeled, and readied for shipment in a timely manner observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process.
Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities :
Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines. Ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and / or acts immediately.
Review work schedule, obtain supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations. Perform a safety check on pallet jack / forklift to be used and insure that all other safety devices are functioning properly.
Put on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
Place pallets on pallet jack and operate along assigned multi-level racks and locate products according to order sheets.
Manually place the appropriate stock items on pallet from pick slots and racks as required. Use single and / or double pallets as directed.
Transport completed palletized customer order to shipping dock staging area. May be required to shrink-wrap pallet for staging.
Remove batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries, or attach re-charger and complete vehicle inspection checklist.
At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
Able to lift, stack, and / or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift.
Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e. cooler, freezer and dry.
Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or State Approved Equivalent.
6-12 months warehouse and / or distribution work experience.
Foodservice distribution or related industry experience.
Experience using a motorized pallet jack.
Motorized pallet jack certified.

Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinates and confirms the delivery of medical supplies to patients in a timely and cost-efficient manner, utilizing Option Care delivery staff and outside couriers as needed.
- Manages daily activities of the warehouse so that they reflect a priority on the delivery of pharmaceutical products.
- Maintains the warehouse work area and receiving / shipping area in a professional and safe manner.
- Responsible for the training and supervision of all delivery technicians.
- Performs product purchasing, inventory and equipment management.
- Maintains a delivery log as required by Option Care. Tracks and monitors number and cost of deliveries.

Basic Education and / or Experience Requirements :
High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in purchasing, warehouse or delivery operations, OR 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, warehouse, or delivery operations with demonstrated progression.
- Experience purchasing equipment and supplies.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Basic email skills, internet explorer (sending, receiving, and organizing communications).
- Basic level PC skills (for example : start up and shut down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print documents, access information on-line, etc).

Position Summary
Provide customer service through the delivery and / or pick-up of parts and other products. Unload products from shipping vehicles and store at the appropriate storage area in the warehouse.
Provide support to the warehouse operations of the branch. Delivery function accounts for about 50% of time.
Essential Tasks
- Pull and organize customer orders for delivery from warehouse by part number and quantity as directed by picking ticket in priority assigned.

- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew as needed; check that vehicle position is correct and any special loading equipment is properly positioned.
- Maintain logs of working hours and of vehicle service and repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations.
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
