Position Summary :
Select cases and other containers of food and non-foods products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems.
Items are placed on pallets and completed orders are moved to the loading dock staging area with an electric pallet jack / forklift, wrapped, labeled, and readied for shipment in a timely manner observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process.
Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities :
Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines. Ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and / or acts immediately.
Review work schedule, obtain supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations. Perform a safety check on pallet jack / forklift to be used and insure that all other safety devices are functioning properly.
Put on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
Place pallets on pallet jack and operate along assigned multi-level racks and locate products according to order sheets.
Manually place the appropriate stock items on pallet from pick slots and racks as required. Use single and / or double pallets as directed.
Transport completed palletized customer order to shipping dock staging area. May be required to shrink-wrap pallet for staging.
Remove batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries, or attach re-charger and complete vehicle inspection checklist.
At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Coordinates and confirms the delivery of medical supplies to patients in a timely and cost-efficient manner, utilizing Option Care delivery staff and outside couriers as needed.

Summary
Under the direction of the Line-Off Supervisor and Team Leader's instructions, this position will conduct safe, efficient vehicle movement and parking as well as to conduct preparations on new factory condition vehicles for various stages of logistics processing.
Responsibilities

The Driver is responsible for providing transportation services to all patients with emotional or psychiatric disorders;
to support the therapeutic milieu, and ensure the safety and well-being of those patients. The Driver practices safe driving and obeys all traffic laws.
They also provide routing vehicle checks prior to use. The Driver will maintain a safe and professional standard for patient care in accordance with Joint Commission, Federal and State regulations, Oceans' Mission, policies and procedures and Performance Improvement Standards.
Essential Functions :
- Effectively applies supportive behavior when assisting in the control of patients who exhibit unacceptable behavior.
- Oversees patient activities and does not leave patients unattended to ensure safety; Implements patient care activities under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing personnel
- Adheres to safety regulations of facility as per policies and procedures and external regulatory / credentialing bodies.

Educational / Experience Requirements :

This is a physically demanding job with consistent heavy lifting in a non-climate controlled environment. Please only apply if you are comfortable working in those conditions.
In this position you will :
- Unload and inspect incoming product (this can be between 50-75lb) mostly by hand
- Pull, stage, and load product for customers, while providing excellent service
- Provide deliveries in a 26’ box truck as needed (must be able to meet MVR requirements)
Requirements and Qualifications :
- Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license
- One (1) year of driving experience
- Requires heavy repetitive lifting (50-75lb) and constant movement
- Must be able to pass all DOT requirements, including physical
The Details :
This position is full-time Monday - Friday from 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm with early morning overtime. The pay rate is $17-19 based on experience.
Addition compensation can include driving bonuses and target bonuses.
