Warehouse Coordinator
POSITION OVERVIEW
dormakaba is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Dallas. This position is responsible for all aspects of inventory management for their areas of responsibility.
HIRING HOURLY RANGE : $16.00 - $21.00 (Pay rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

PRIMARY DUTIES
- Loads and unloads of deliveries and shipments
- Develops a close working relationship with the technicians, dispatchers, administrative support, and corporate functions
- Works closely with administrative teams and technicians to ensures that all necessary stock transfers required from the technicians are completed efficiently and accurately
- Ensures that all compliance, process reporting, and safety procedures are adhered to
- Ensures that all transactions (receipts, transfers, shipments) are performed accurately and timely
- Discusses staged materials and needed parts with dispatchers and managers
- Runs weekly reports on parts usage by tech / van and replenishes on a minimum weekly basis
- Ensures that safety procedures and processes are understood and followed
- Conducts a monthly safety walk of the warehouse
- Works closely with dispatchers to ensures that jobs are aligned with actual availability of parts
- Performs inventory counts and reconciliations
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Provides quotes and order parts for stock parts
REQUIREMENTS
- A valid state driver’s license, without restrictions
- Strong working knowledge of inventory management

Job Summary :
The Bakery Checker / Loader is an entry level position within our distribution department at our bakeries.
- They are responsible for the front line distribution operations that perform various duties including moving stacks of product, using pick to light programs or voice activated equipment, filling orders to a route, loading and unloading trucks, etc.
- Take appropriate action to ensure the integrity and sustained certification of the food safety and food quality system.
- Responsible for reporting and taking any necessary action to prevent food safety and food quality problems from occurring.
- Responsible for following and enforcing procedures outlined in the Food Safety Plan and the Food Quality Plan and any other programs that support the SQF system and other 3rd party audits.
Qualifications :
- High school Diploma or Equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stack and / or carry trays, push / pull stacks of product, etc.
