Warehouse I
Position Description :
The Warehouse I position will prioritize and pick product to fill orders and staging product for loading, physically moving and lifting product weighing as much as 150 pounds, organizing the warehouse stock, assisting in daily closing down of warehouse, compiling and submitting regular reports of damaged, outdated stock or supplies, over- and under-shipments, return of products to vendor, etc.
assisting in periodic inventory counts, operating powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.
in safe manner and maintaining an operator license, if required.
- Load and unload delivery trucks Lifting products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds. Handling of tires (, rolling, destacking, team lifting) greater than approximately 50 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.) in a safe manner and maintain an operator license, if required.
- Prioritize and pick material to fill orders and stage product for loading
- Assist in verifying all incoming and outgoing products for accuracy in terms of amount, size and type, informing management of inventory and supply shortages as well as assisting in actual periodic inventory counts
- Designate and organize the warehouse stock by product line and by physical alignment, allowing sufficient space for overflow
- Perform periodic facilities maintenance and / or custodial / housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning parking lot, loading dock and area surrounding building;
keeping floors clear of debris, maintaining bathrooms and assisting in daily closing down of warehouse
Compile and submit regular reports of damaged, outdated stock or supplies, over and under shipments, return of products to vendor, etc.
and segregate defective product from normal flow of inventory
- Assist in administrative tasks, such as the handling and preparation of paperwork. May assist in daily closing of the warehouse.

Warehouse Supervisor
TITLE : Warehouse Supervisor REPORTS TO : Warehouse Manager JOB DUTIES / GENERAL REQUIREMENTS : This is a vital support position for our Warehouse Operations.
This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and supervises the overall Warehouse operation and daily activities of the warehouse staff. JOB DUTIES :
- Maintain an organized, efficient and SAFE warehouse.
- Receive material and equipment on a day to day basis. Coordinate and plan same based on priorities and job site / project needs.
- Coordinate and, when needed, make deliveries.
- Organize and track inventory. Ensure materials are on hand for upcoming jobs.
- Coordinate return of equipment and materials as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Must hold a valid TX driver’s license. An MVR will be assessed for eligibility to drive a company vehicle.
- Must be willing and able to drive up to 24-foot delivery vehicle.
- CDL a plus.
- Forklift operating certificate a plus.
- Microsoft Office experience a plus.

Warehouse Operator

JOB SUMMARY
Performs manual work, receiving, loading, and unloading customers’ goods and materials in the cross dock. Verifies and maintains the integrity of goods and materials.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engages in daily activities of receiving, labeling, storing, and moving customers' good and materials within the cross dock.
- Inspects good and materials from customer shipments against bill of lading to ensure they arrived complete and free of damage or evidence of tampering.
Takes pictures of freight when necessary.
Loads and unloads goods using forklift, pallet jack, or similar material handling equipment. Performs inspections of trailers prior to loading;
reports any unsafe conditions to Team Lead.
- Reviews and processes shipping or receiving orders and requests; maintains appropriate paperwork, such as bills of lading, air waybills, packing lists, etc.
- Follows safety requirements and completes safety forms and checklists; inspects and utilizes safety equipment, including (but not limited to) dock safety equipment, trailer jack, chocks, and glad hand locks.
- Operates computer and office equipment to maintain a variety of records, files, and reports. Performs inventory control, using inventory software.
- Suggests and documents process improvement ideas; refers to established procedures pertinent to current ISO specifications.
- Supports other members, customers, brokers, etc., and follows supervisory instructions and established processes and procedures.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment; audits 5S guidelines and complies with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Assists in providing necessary security within the cross dock; reports unusual, unacceptable, improper, or illegal activities if such occur.
- Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education, experience, certification)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year of general warehouse or cross dock experience.
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must be able to communicate professionally, clearly and concisely, orally and in writing.
- Must have or be able to immediately obtain an approved certification for driving forklift trucks.
- Basic knowledge of computer software for data entry (i.e. Microsoft Office or Google Suite)

WORKING CONDITIONS
Warehouse / Cross Dock Environment. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. High level of schedule flexibility may be required; must be willing to be on-call or report to work after regular work hours on occasion.

Warehouse Coordinator
We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This employee is responsible for maintaining various warehousing functions including shipping and receiving, cleaning equipment, purchasing, and inventory.
- Completes monthly inspection of all time sensitive goods to ensure no expired products are on shelves
- Maintains adequate "on time" inventory of supplies and goods
- Ensures returned equipment is isolated in the dirty area of the warehouse and processed in a timely manner
- Ensures all "Patient Ready" equipment is checked for proper function, documented, bagged, and tagged before stored in the appropriate location
- Rotates supplies to ensure proper utilization and minimum waste of time sensitive materials
