This Position is for 3rd Shift Operations (10:30PM to 7:00AM)
At The Coca-Cola Company, you’ll be working in an inclusive environment that is refreshing the world. The Blender performs a variety of tasks in the overall operation of the plant. We utilize state of the art quality systems and have guidelines in place to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. The position requires prior production experience for individuals with an eye for details and takes pride in the quality of their work.
What You’ll Do for Us
- Perform production activities for equipment set up, clean-ups, and other operational duties.
- Utilizes Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), which requires clean, sweep, mop, and scrub production area equipment, floors, walls, and ceilings as required.
- Visually inspects ingredients and materials and report non-conformances.
- Performs all essential job functions affecting quality according to the quality system procedures and work instructions.
- Runs multiple machines, including blend tanks, mixers, drum lifts and OITs, perform all required quality checks and accurately complete required documentation.
- Properly and consistently run blend systems.
- Adheres to all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
- Monitor's computer terminals and OIT screens
Qualification & Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must have prior experience as a Production Operator.
- Good math and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to read, write and speak English is required.
- Must be experienced in or able to learn operator control panels.
- Must possess a mechanical aptitude to be able to sequence equipment for proper start-up and shutdown, understanding machinery and conveyor controls.
- Must be able to identify line problems, non-conforming product, and employ corrective actions.
- The ability to do repetitive stooping, lifting to 50 pounds, bending, and standing while operating equipment is required.
- Must have a valid forklift license and be able to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

Machine Operator
Production Operator II
The Production Operator plays a key role in the identification of performance issues and actively contributes to the resolution of problems and the continuous improvement of the plant performance. This is accomplished through strict adherence to prescribed equipment operating parameters, closely monitoring the performance of the process equipment, and taking action to reduce occurrences of both efficiency and/or material losses. Our manufacturing facilities are state of the art and our inclusive culture ensures you will feel like a part of the team on day one. Production Operator II is on the front lines of our success, and you will perform a variety of manufacturing tasks.
What You’ll Do for Us
Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks, which include operating the packaging equipment and periodically provide relief for other operators, while reporting and identifying any problems on the production line.
Utilize computer terminals, which include OIT Screen software, and utilize Laboratory Information System (LIS) terminals to track downtime.
Perform daily maintenance checks on lift trucks as required.
Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Autonomous Maintenance
Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot all casing equipment, including marsh printers, bar coding systems, and print & apply labelers.
Complete the necessary conveyor adjustments for changeovers and make minor packaging equipment adjustments.
Qualifications & Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Previous experience as a Production Operator
Good math and communication skills are essential.
Ability to read, write and speak English is required.
Must be experienced and able to learn operator OIT control panels.
Prior knowledge or ability to run automated casing equipment is needed.
Must possess a mechanical aptitude to be able to sequence equipment for proper start-up and shutdown, understanding machinery and conveyor controls.
Must be able to identify line problems, non-conforming products, and employ corrective actions.
The ability to do repetitive stooping, lifting 50 pounds, bending, and standing while operating equipment is required.
Must be able to work a daily schedule of 8.5 hours with a half hour unpaid lunch, with overtime and extended hours as required and work any shift as directed.
