Quality Assurance Analyst

The Quality Assurance Analyst utilizes established methodologies to record, monitor and evaluate agent-customer and/or consumer interactions across the sales, service, and support functions of the contact center. They use the results of real customer interactions to provide feedback and coaching documentation to assist leaders with the targeted development of their individual team members.  The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for supporting continuous quality improvements and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for our customers.  Their main objective is to identify areas for improvement, provide actionable feedback, and enhance the overall customer experience. The position reports to the Manager, Workforce Engagement Management & Quality Assurance and provides support for Sales, Service and Support teams. 

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

  • Evaluate agent performance daily by listening to and evaluating recorded calls, live calls, or other customer interactions (such as chats, emails, or social media) for adherence to quality standards, company policies, and best practices.
  • Developing and implementing quality monitoring processes, tools, and performance metrics to track agent performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Assisting with trend reporting to identify best practices and development areas. 
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as training and operations, to share insights and recommendations for improving overall quality and customer and/or consumer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with leaders and provide constructive feedback needed to properly document agent performance. 
  • Conducting regular monthly calibration sessions, recommending corrective actions, and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented fixes.
  • Establish an on-going process to maintain an even and consistent delivery of evaluations and feedback utilizing the tools and reports available.
  • Validate teams' alignment to ensure completion of weekly and monthly productivity goals.
  • Identifying and escalating systemic issues that require additional attention or resolution.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and tools to enhance overall quality assurance processes within the contact center environment. 

EDUCATION

High School Diploma, (Bachelor's degree preferred), Business/Quality/Process Improvement

EXPERIENCE

  • 3- 5 years previous call-center experience.
  • Experience coaching and providing feedback to members of a diverse workforce.
  • Two years’ experience in quality position preferred with large call center environment utilizing quality recording software.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using call center software, recording tools, and data analytics platforms.

Base Salary:  $60,200 to $74,100

Position Overview:

The primary role of the Maintenance Technician is to provide maintenance support to production.  Troubleshoot process and packaging equipment.  Box Formers, Fillers, Case Sealers, Labelers among other process systems.  Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as well as recommendations for improvement. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Properly trouble-shoot and maintain production lines and/or batching/processing equipment.
  • Properly perform all necessary maintenance tasks to production lines (i.e. rebuilds, welding, valve, pipe and solenoid selection, etc.)
  • Properly develop and implement preventive maintenance systems for all production equipment and/or batching/processing equipment.

  • Gains complete knowledge of plant's processes and packaging systems.
  • Enforces plant polices in the execution of their assigned duties. Report violations of plant polices to the Management.
  • Attends meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Recommends equipment to be included in preventive maintenance programs.
  • Performs other tasks and special assignments as requested by management.

Forecast Manager - Forecast Center of Excellence

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Forecasting

  • Tune statistical models generated in the forecasting platform as often as necessary (minimum weekly) to provide a clear starting point for cross-functional stakeholders to collaborate and align on.
  • Project Total (Net of Stat +/- Puts & Calls) Unit Case volume for the short-, mid-, and long-term, using input from internal stakeholders, such as Brand, Sales, Franchise, Finance, Category Commercialization, and RGM (Revenue Growth Management) by leveraging stat modeling and value-add capabilities in the forecasting platform (e.g., Anaplan).
  • Provide a clear POV on volume risks and opportunities based on an understanding of key inputs and objective assessment of the range of possible outcomes.
  • Drive alignment through robust collaboration and analyses to provide the best demand signal for both financial forecast and supply chain planning for US Ops.
  • Ensure databases and systems have accurate volumes for the various internal routines such as Weekly Zone/Brand Reviews, Monthly Rolling Estimate, and Annual Business Planning.
  • Own the final volume forecast coming out of the monthly Forecast Alignment routines with clear assumption documentation and tracking. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Drive the monthly Unit Case Forecast Alignment sessions with Brand, Finance, and Zone partners, with inputs from Franchise and Sales (NRS + AO) with the ultimate outcome of feeding the RE (Rolling Estimate) and supply chain planning processes. 
  • Provide clear insights and misses/beats to the BP (Business Plan), RE, and Aligned Forecast in order to continuously improve the process and forecast accuracy/attainment across the organization.
  • Actively collaborate with Product Commercialization, Sales and Marketing to capture brand initiatives and campaigns driving incremental volume vs. statistical baseline.
  • Drive accountability by updating Puts & Calls and Risks & Opportunities as often as necessary (minimum monthly) in order to have the latest assumptions and resulting volume in the RE.

Analysis

  • Analyze shipment and consumption/sell-through data to identify forecast variances and root causes to drive forecast process and accuracy improvement.
  • Provide insights, volume risks and opportunities, and scenarios in order to drive aligned forecast for the downhill periods.
  • Actively manage exceptions in the forecasting platform to identify and resolve high-error BPPs.

Continuous Improvement (Plan-Do-Check-Adjust Cycle)

  • Track, analyze, and improve forecast performance by leveraging multiple data sources (shipments, orders, primary vs. secondary vs. consumption/sell-through sales, etc.).
  • Track forecast attainment, bias, MAPE and WAPE to identify high-error exceptions and drive improvement through various methodologies.
  • Improve stat forecasting model capabilities in Anaplan, as well as Dashboard and other capabilities by continuous learning, testing, and experimenting. 

EDUCATION LEVEL REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 5+ years’ experience in area of sales forecasting, demand planning, and S&OP.
  • Statistical modeling
  • Direct experience in forecasting applications

What You’ll Do for Us  

  • Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks, which include operating the packaging equipment and periodically provide relief for other operators, while reporting and identify any problems on the production line.  

  • Utilize computer terminals, which include OIT Screen software, and utilize Laboratory Information System (LIS) terminals to track downtime. 

  • Perform daily maintenance checks on lift trucks as required. 

  • Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Autonomous Maintenance 

  • Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot all casing equipment, including marsh printers, bar coding systems, and print & apply labelers. 

  • Complete the necessary conveyor adjustments for changeovers and make minor packaging equipment adjustments.  

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is required. 

  • Previous experience as a Production Operator  

  • Good math and communication skills are essential. 

  • Ability to read, write and speak English is required. 

  • Must be experienced and able to learn operator OIT control panels. 

  • Prior knowledge or ability to run automated casing equipment is needed.  

  • Must possess a mechanical aptitude to be able to sequence equipment for proper start-up and shutdown, understanding machinery and conveyor controls. 

  • Must be able to identify line problems, non-conforming product, and employ corrective actions. 

  • Must be able to understand and use SDS and possess the ability to understand and perform LOTO. 

  • The ability to do repetitive stooping, lifting of 50 pounds, bending, and standing while operating equipment is required.  

  • Must be able to work a daily schedule of 8.5 hours with a half hour unpaid lunch, with overtime and extended hours as required and work any shift as directed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and steward TCCC relationships with key business partners if necessary (Internal Suppliers, 3rd Party Supply Partners and other Partners as needed by the program).

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree (focus on engineering, process engineering or computer science).

Related Work Experience:

  • 7+ years’ experience as a project manager. 

  • 3+ years’ experience with embedded design (hardware, software and mechanical systems).

  • 5+ years’ experience in the practice of requirements engineering according to a product development life cycle in a team environment.
