This Position is for 3rd Shift Operations (10:30PM to 7:00AM)

The position requires prior production experience for individuals with an eye for details and takes pride in the quality of their work.
What You’ll Do for Us
- Perform production activities for equipment set up, clean-ups, and other operational duties.
- Utilizes Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), which requires clean, sweep, mop, and scrub production area equipment, floors, walls, and ceilings as required.
- Visually inspects ingredients and materials and report non-conformances.
- Performs all essential job functions affecting quality according to the quality system procedures and work instructions.
- Runs multiple machines, including blend tanks, mixers, drum lifts and OITs, perform all required quality checks and accurately complete required documentation.
- Properly and consistently run blend systems.
- Adheres to all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
- Monitor's computer terminals and OIT screens
Qualification & Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must have prior experience as a Production Operator.
- Good math and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to read, write and speak English is required.
- Must be experienced in or able to learn operator control panels.
- Must possess a mechanical aptitude to be able to sequence equipment for proper start-up and shutdown, understanding machinery and conveyor controls.
- Must be able to identify line problems, non-conforming product, and employ corrective actions.
- The ability to do repetitive stooping, lifting to 50 pounds, bending, and standing while operating equipment is required.
- Must have a valid forklift license and be able to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

Machine Operator
Production Operator II
The Production Operator plays a key role in the identification of performance issues and actively contributes to the resolution of problems and the continuous improvement of the plant performance. This is accomplished through strict adherence to prescribed equipment operating parameters, closely monitoring the performance of the process equipment, and taking action to reduce occurrences of both efficiency and/or material losses. Our manufacturing facilities are state of the art and our inclusive culture ensures you will feel like a part of the team on day one. Production Operator II is on the front lines of our success, and you will perform a variety of manufacturing tasks.
What You’ll Do for Us
Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks, which include operating the packaging equipment and periodically provide relief for other operators, while reporting and identifying any problems on the production line.
Utilize computer terminals, which include OIT Screen software, and utilize Laboratory Information System (LIS) terminals to track downtime.
Perform daily maintenance checks on lift trucks as required.
Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Autonomous Maintenance
Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot all casing equipment, including marsh printers, bar coding systems, and print & apply labelers.
Complete the necessary conveyor adjustments for changeovers and make minor packaging equipment adjustments.
Qualifications & Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Previous experience as a Production Operator
Good math and communication skills are essential.
Ability to read, write and speak English is required.
Must be experienced and able to learn operator OIT control panels.
Prior knowledge or ability to run automated casing equipment is needed.
Must possess a mechanical aptitude to be able to sequence equipment for proper start-up and shutdown, understanding machinery and conveyor controls.
Must be able to identify line problems, non-conforming products, and employ corrective actions.
The ability to do repetitive stooping, lifting 50 pounds, bending, and standing while operating equipment is required.
Must be able to work a daily schedule of 8.5 hours with a half hour unpaid lunch, with overtime and extended hours as required and work any shift as directed.

Safety, Environmental and Security Coordinator

As the SES Coordinator you will bear the responsibility of helping to ensure the compliance of the facility to Federal, State and Local Environmental, Safety, Loss Prevention and Health rules, regulations, and code.
Assist in executing Continuous Improvement in the site’s ISO 14001 and 45001 Environmental and Safety Management Systems. Drive improvements in facility Safety Culture via direct interaction with site Safety Committees and SES Task Force teams. Assist in executing tactical responsibilities and SES Preventive Maintenance obligations. Participate as directed in special projects and assignments. Support facility Quality and Food Safety initiatives as directed.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting and maintaining SES Programs, including, but not limit to: Behavior Based Safety, Monthly Safety inspections, LOTO, JSA/JHA, PPE, Hearing Conservation, Hazard Communication, Hazardous Waste, Forklift/Aerial Lift, and Security Programs
- Perform Emergency Equipment and other SES related Inspections
- Assist with camera, badging and key control systems
- Assist with fire prevention system vendor relationship/compliance
- Programs and assigns badges
- Monitors cameras as needed
- Actively assist in both safety & security incident investigations when required
- Coordinate the contractor approval and PIAP Process
- Conduct contractor site orientation training as needed
- Provide support for our SES permit processes (Hot Work, Confined Space, Working at Height, etc.)
- Perform risk assessments and rankings of hazards for the facility’s registry of Aspects and Impacts
- Assist with site sustainability program, including recycling vendor liaison and tracking monthly energy spend
- Participate in corrective action programs and hazard mitigation processes
- Serve as a member of the Safety Committee, First Aid and Spill Response Team
- Lead proactive teams toward accomplishing specific SES-related objectives and targets
- Adhere to all company, safety and GMP practices and policies
- Conduct other training as required
- Keep work area clean at all times
- Demonstrate good attendance record
- Ensure that all tasks are performed toward achieving the safety, quality, service, and cost objectives of TCCC

Education Requirements:
- Associates Degree + 2 years’ experience Preferred
- High School Diploma with 4+ years of experience
Related Work Experience:
- Food or beverage manufacturing experience
- Experience in behavioral safety
Functional Skills:
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of key Occupational Safety requirements and procedures
