Within AB, the AB Third Party (AB3P) Seller Marketplace is multi-billion dollar P&L connecting business customers with third party sellers globally, and relentlessly innovating across a broad spectrum of functions including expanding our selection, building B2B-specific features, offering everyday low prices, improving world-class delivery, and setting up our sellers for success.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead projects to integrate AB marketplace with Sellers, 3rd Party integrators (3PIs) and communicate directly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in deep technical architectural discussions and design exercises to educate Sellers, their development teams and 3PIs on the value proposition of leveraging Amazon Business’s integration-focused products and features.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations, white papers, product demos, sample solutions, and discussions to drive awareness and adoption of features via Amazon Business APIs.
• Work with Sellers and 3PIs to understand how they are using our API services, and provide feedback to product/tech teams for continuous improvements.
• Cross functional skills to collaborate and architect solutions, analyze, test interconnected systems and resolve complex problems.
• Create and drive organizational initiatives to empower a large sales, marketing, and global integration teams (e.g. training, tools/demo).
• Partner closely with product management and product marketing teams to influence the API product roadmap and build go-to-market playbook.
• Drive effective feedback gathering from customers, distill and translate feedback into clear business and technical requirements for product and engineering teams.
About the team
AB3P Seller Integration team is looking for a Solutions Architect who is passionate about integrating API focused solutions for application developers and US 3rd Party sellers, which enables sellers to programmatically list, sell, and exchange data on Amazon at scale. You will develop and own the strategy to drive adoption of AB features through Selling Partner API (SP-API) across a large 3rd party seller base. You should be comfortable building technical credibility and influencing API developers and Product Managers. Our Solutions Architects are experienced technologists with technical breadth and depth coupled with strong interpersonal and customer facing skills. Be an evangelist for API adoption with technical outreach programs and webinars tailored to technical account managers, sellers, 3PI’s and product teams.
