Key Responsibilities :

  • Provides psychosocial support / intervention and care to newly diagnosed and established children with type 1 and type 2 diabetes.

The Transplant Social Worker III is responsible for assessing the psychological, social, cultural and / or financial needs that impact transplant patients.

  • Education : Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited school of social work required.
  • Experience : 3-5 years recent clinical social work experience in transplantation. 5-7 years recent clinical social work in an acute setting.
