In this role, you will support families in our community by providing them with resources, advice, and assistance. You will be responsible for connecting families with local services, such as housing assistance, healthcare, and other support services.

As a Social Services Case Manager, you will also provide guidance and direction to parents and families in need, helping them find the resources they need to create a better future for their children.

The qualified Social Services Case Manager will :

• Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence based and best practice approaches.
• Assist families in accessing and navigating community resources.
• Attend court hearings and provide testimony as required.
• Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.

• Graduation with a Master s Degree in a mental health field.
• Possession of a valid license through the State of Colorado, Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

• Experience working with providers, clinical staff and knowledge of psycho-social community

The position responds to issues directly, by facilitating meetings and / or by coordinating services with outside parties such as Child Protective Services, the Department of Juvenile Justice, and other community-based organizations.

Residency Requirement : Must be a Colorado resident.

At H&E, our Yard Associates are responsible for washing and cleaning all types of heavy equipment, assisting in maintaining a neat and orderly yard and shop area, and assisting with the loading and unloading of equipment.

Yard Associates will also be responsible for working as a spotter in the yard to observe and communicate any hazards to the individual operating the equipment.
