Security Investigator
Will conduct internal Client approved security investigations involving theft, violence, and property damage / loss ( Investigators ).
The Investigator will also conduct approved covert investigations on site. Ensure that Investigations are undertaken in accordance with Client Security Management approval.
Individuals considered for an Investigator role will be selected based on the criteria of :
1. At least 5 years prior progressive investigative experience in a private sector / industry
2. Proof of certification as it pertains to interviewing. Wicklander and Zulawaski or Reed Certifications preferred.
3. Highly organized and demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities
4. Excellent verbal and writing skills
5. 2-year degree or certificate in investigations, criminal justice, or business
Scope of Work :
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
- Review and utilize Client Security Missing Merchandise / Recovery Reports and Tips to generate cases
- Identify misconduct through Access Control Reports, Physical & CCTV Surveillance
- Conduct multiple investigations throughout the Memphis Distribution Center Market
- Respond to Client Distribution Centers to interview Dishonest Employees at any time, Client Distribution Centers are a 24x7 operation
- Investigators will communicate weekly schedule to Client Security Manager of Investigation by EOD Friday. Investigators are required to work 40 hours a week.
- Communicate Missing Merchandise / Recovery Trends with Client Security Management on weekly, monthly and year to date basis
- Communicate Open Investigations with Client Security Management on a daily, weekly, monthly, and year to date basis
- Partner with Local Authorities to bring investigations to resolution
- Prepare required Investigation Summary Sheets and I-View Investigation Reports
- Contract Investigation Company will meet with Client Security Manager of Investigation monthly to communicate Investigators achievements and opportunities

Responsibilities
Position Summary
The IT Security Administrator is responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems at Youth Villages with an emphasis on security.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify, define and document system security requirements and recommend solutions tomanagement
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain security infrastructure software and hardware.
- Assist the IT Systems Administrator with configuring and maintaining servers across multiple locations
- Monitor systems for irregular behavior and set up preventive measures
- Educate and train staff on information system security best practices
- Approve and deploy updates for corporate applications and operating systems
- Configure and maintain network hardware including, but not limited to, switches, routers, servers, workstations and fiber equipment
- Manage Active Directory and group policies for multiple OUs and AD sites
- Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed for various systems.
- Ensure security of Youth Villages’ networks using intrusion detection, firewall configuration, anti-virus protection and vulnerability assessment.
- Manage technical projects of different lengths and scopes
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve software and hardware issues
- Work with a team of technicians to create effective and efficient solutions to problems
- Maintain documentation and training materials
Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelors in computer related field or equivalent experience (Required)
Certification and Licensures Requirements
3-5 years’ experience in related field
A+, N+ and MCP certifications are a plus
Microsoft Windows Server versions 2008R2 2019
Microsoft 365 configuration and troubleshooting
Network firewall configuration and troubleshooting
SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), PAM (Privileged Access Management), MDR (Managed Detection & Response), and mail filtering systems
Network and system monitoring with software like PRTG
DFS, network-printing, file shares, TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, NFTS file permissions
Microsoft Office applications
Cloud-based network management with vendors like Meraki and Ubiquiti
Virtualization using MS Hyper-V or VMWare
Backup and restore procedures using Veeam or similar backup solution
