Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive working knowledge of organization’s markets including but not limited to key referral sources, competitors, governmental agencies, and major payer groups and apply this knowledge to effective sales planning

Shuttle Driver
Summary : To provide efficient and courteous assistance to guests by providing shuttle trips to and from any location on the resort, according to Big Cedar Lodge standard operating procedures, to maximize guest satisfaction and room revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
1. Do pre-trip checklist daily.
2. Read Pre-shift Report daily.
3. Greet guests with shuttle needs in a courteous and prompt manner.
4. Maintain cleanliness of shuttle at all times.
5. Check that the shuttle van has a full tank of gas at the beginning of the shift and within the last four hours of the shift be sure to refill the tank.
6. Log the shuttle in or out when used.
