JOB SUMMARY :

Observes, Reports, Maintain Visibility, and Provides Service to all departments, employees, visitors, customers, contractors, or vendors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : (Other duties may be assigned)

Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property on foot or in a vehicle while deterring trespassing and observing suspicious activities.

Ability to multi-task and work alone.

  • Ability to use Bosch Operator Client DVR system, Windows computer program, and Microsoft Office programs. Using a two-way radio and smart cell phone to promptly document patrol duties, tour scans, and incident reports.
  • Ability to respond and identify alarms for fire, burglar, HVAC, and generator alarms on designated panels or UPS backup systems.
  • Ability to inspect and report manufacturing or HVAC equipment in alarm for correction or shut down.
  • Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities in building security measures and / or facility operations and informing violators of Company policy and procedures.
  • Enforces parking policies and assignments with employees, contractors, and visitors on private property areas.
  • Follows post instructions and security policies and guidelines. Obtains signatures, contractor information, and receipts for company business transactions.

Responsibilities :
