As a Crop Adjuster, you will :
Understand and can work claims for all major crops, policy / plan types, in all stages of growth.
Complete field inspections, reviews, and adjustments by reading maps and aerial photos, measuring fields and storage bins, and appropriately administering company Crop insurance policies.
Review and evaluates coverage and / or liability.
Secure and analyze necessary information (i.e., reports, policies, appraisals, releases, statements, records, or other documents) in the investigation of claims.
Ensure compliant and cost effective application of Crop policies by leveraging knowledge of basic insurance statutes and regulations and complying with state and federal regulatory requirements.
Accurately document, process and transmit loss information to determine potential.
Works toward the resolution of claims files, and may attend arbitrations, mediations, depositions, or trials as necessary.
May affect settlements / reserves within prescribed limits and submit recommendations to supervisor on cases exceeding personal authority.
Conveys simple to moderately complex information (coverage, decision, outcomes, etc.) to all appropriate parties, maintaining a professional demeanor in all situations.
Ensures that claims handling is conducted in compliance with applicable statues, regulations, and other legal requirements, and that all applicable company procedures and policies are followed.
Follow regulatory and company rules, policies, and procedures.

RV Park - Seasonal Customer Service Associate
POSITION DESCRIPTON
The Wisconsin State Fair Park (WSFP) is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and dedicated problem- solver to work as a Customer Service Associate at our RV Park.
This person is responsible for the overall guest experience at the RV Park by meeting and greeting guests, processing RV reservations and assisting guests both over the phone and in person in addition to performing necessary office, clerical and cleaning duties.
The primary responsibilities of this role are to provide excellent customer service, take reservations, and prepare for guests’ arrivals and departures.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE
Limited Term Employment (LTE) position working roughly 30-40 hours per week through the month of October. First shift hours and flexible scheduling perfect for a college student or recent high school graduate! This individual must be available to work during the annual Wisconsin State Fair.
Annual hours worked will not exceed 1039 hours.
COMPENSATION
The starting hourly wage for this role is $14.00 per hour.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Take reservations over the phone and in person, explaining policies and clearly answering any questions to ensure guest needs are met
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist through the check-in and check-out processes
- Check RV Park grounds daily, ensuring that all occupied RV sites are registered in the reservation database
- Maintain reservation database and problem-solve as needed to ensure it is up to date and accurate
- If 18 years or older, fill propane tanks according to Federal and State guidelines
- Post charges for sites, amenities, etc. and receive payment via charge, check, or cash, dispensing accurate change as necessary
- Balance daily sales (charge slips and cash register) accurately against daily report
- Maintain cleanliness of RV Park office, RV sites, and RV Park grounds. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the bathrooms, shower rooms and laundry room as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Effective planning and organization skills with ability to prioritize while remaining flexible to changes
- Cash handling skills and ability to balance daily reports against receipts
- Basic knowledge of and skill in using computers and Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to adapt to changes in said technology
- Must be at least 16 years of age and able to perform all duties accurately in a fast-paced environment

Candidate must be able to work all 11 days of the annual Wisconsin State Fair; for 2023 these dates are August 3 13, 2023.

POSITION SUMMARY : This position is responsible for a variety of manual labor in construction, maintenance and repair of roads and highways on a seasonal basis.
This position will be expected to perform work in many areas as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : The following duties are normal for this position.

- Provides for the maintenance and repair of roads, highway, right of ways, and shoulders as assigned.
- Removes and buries dead animals.
- Repairs and paints guard rails, reflectors, and right-of-way markers.
- Works as a flag person to regulate traffic.
- Trims trees, cuts grass, and removes debris along the side of the assigned highway.
- Assists with sign repairs and installing warning lights and signals as directed.
- Reports defective signs and other traffic control devices to supervisor;
- Assists with road construction activities as directed.
- Assists higher skilled craftsmen as a trainee or helper.
- Cleans and maintains equipment and storage area.
- Cross trains, where appropriate in other areas of the Highway department and / or other County departments.
