As a Crop Adjuster, you will :
Understand and can work claims for all major crops, policy / plan types, in all stages of growth.
Complete field inspections, reviews, and adjustments by reading maps and aerial photos, measuring fields and storage bins, and appropriately administering company Crop insurance policies.
Review and evaluates coverage and / or liability.
Secure and analyze necessary information (i.e., reports, policies, appraisals, releases, statements, records, or other documents) in the investigation of claims.
Ensure compliant and cost effective application of Crop policies by leveraging knowledge of basic insurance statutes and regulations and complying with state and federal regulatory requirements.
Accurately document, process and transmit loss information to determine potential.
Works toward the resolution of claims files, and may attend arbitrations, mediations, depositions, or trials as necessary.
May affect settlements / reserves within prescribed limits and submit recommendations to supervisor on cases exceeding personal authority.
Conveys simple to moderately complex information (coverage, decision, outcomes, etc.) to all appropriate parties, maintaining a professional demeanor in all situations.
Ensures that claims handling is conducted in compliance with applicable statues, regulations, and other legal requirements, and that all applicable company procedures and policies are followed.
Follow regulatory and company rules, policies, and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Director of Childcare, the Summer Camp Counselor is responsible for for implementing Camp activities for children ages three to ten years old;
to ensure a safe, clean, fun environment for children; execute the department’s established guidelines and standards.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
- Organize Campers ages three to ten years old
- Provide a safe, clean environment including picking up toys, and wiping down equipment and counters, cleaning work spaces after activities such as art and lunch
- Ensure that all campers are supervised at all times
- Ensure that all items on the opening and closing operations checklists are completed
- Greet parents and children with a smile; invite children to join activities
- Ensure interaction with children at all times; ensure that all children are engaged with a special focus on older, shy and / or bored children;
comfort and assist all children in need
- Organize and implement age-appropriate activities such as sports scrimmages, arts & crafts, and group games
- Transfer campers to and from activities within the Club
- Ensure children are treated with responsive respectfulness, i.e. coached vs. scolded; discuss behavior tactfully and out of range of child’s hearing
- Communicate timely and follow up as appropriate
- Active participation in events, programs, meetings and training, as well has Camp marketing events
- Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response
- Communicate important information to parents in a detailed and professional manner

Special Requirements
The position(s) require(s) a(n) Registered Professional Forester’s License License. You will be required to provide a copy of your license prior to being hired.
This position requires Respiratory Protection Program (RPP) Clearance prior to the incumbent being hired.
The incumbent may be required to wear respiratory protection equipment, including self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA).
The use of such equipment may place a physiological burden on the incumbent that varies with the type of equipment used, the job and workplace conditions in which the equipment is used, and the medical status of the incumbent.
As such, California Occupational Safety and Health Administration (CalOSHA) requires that the incumbent be annually medically cleared to be fit-tested for respiratory protection equipment.
This clearance process consists of a comprehensive medical evaluation including a review of the incumbent’s medical history, a complete physical examination, and vision, hearing, spirometry, and exercise treadmill tests.
Duties involve field work requiring physical performance calling for above-average ability, endurance, and superior condition, including occasional demand for extraordinarily strenuous activities in emergencies, under adverse environmental conditions, and over extended periods of time;
requires running, walking, difficult climbing, jumping, twisting, bending and lifting over 25 pounds; and the pace of work is typically set by the emergency situation.
