AutoNation Dodge Ram Broadway Position Overview The Sales Manager has the opportunity to lead a sales team to create an exceptional experience for customers.
This role is responsible for selecting, training, coaching, developing and retaining the very best Sales Associates for the store and driving a high-level of performance among the sales team to increase market share, achieve targeted unit sales and profit margins while delighting every Customer along the way.
Who Would I Interact With? This position interacts daily with Customers, Sales Associates, other Managers, Financial Services Manager, and support staff, just to name a few.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities? Leading yourself and the team in a way that supports AutoNation’s Vision and Mission Setting a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and AutoNation best practice processes Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations Managing the negotiation process with Sales Associates ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing Appraising vehicles for trade Managing all three areas of customer traffic : Showroom, E-Commerce, and Phones Partnering with General Manager and / or General Sales Manager to plan and manage new and used vehicle inventory Assisting in managing controllable expense elements for the New and Used Vehicle Departments Analyzing the business to determine shortfalls and developing action plans to improve performance How will I know if I am successful?
The performance of a Sales Manager is measured by achieving : Targeted unit sales and gross profit Targeted Associate retention Targeted Customer Satisfaction Index What are the requirements for this job?

Sales Associate (Part Time position) We are looking for our next sales superstar. - Provide superior customer service
- Contribute to the team effort by achieving individual and team sales goals.
- Stock and replenish the merchandise in the store and backroom.
- Accurate operation of the cash register for ringing up sales.
- Perform processes to maintain the accuracy of our inventory when freight arrives or ships out.
- Develop product knowledge of the different products in the store and shares that knowledge with others.
- Assist with the daily upkeep and cleaning of the store location, including the bathrooms and stock room.
- Assist with keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and updated based on sales and marketing planograms.
- Some computer skills required for using technology in the store for the register, review required tasks, inventory and pricing processes, accessing your schedule, requesting time off, just to name a few.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a good work ethic
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Must be willing to work varied hours shifts, at least 2 shifts per week.
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds

The Manager, Sales Development motivates, shapes, engages and retains a team of Sales Development professionals that generate prospective customers through outbound prospecting and qualify leads.
In this role, you'll be responsible for :
- Helping create and implement strategies to drive new business and coach team members to meet / exceed their individual targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Helping grow and drive knowledge of our products and expertise in the technical vertical to allow our representatives to become a trusted advisor to our clients
- Collaborating and working closely with Sales & Marketing to review sales execution plans and execute strategy.
- Helping with new hire onboarding for SDRs to help accelerate ramp
- Actively researching and reviewing new opportunities for reporting to ensure we are keeping up with common technologies and reporting metrics.
- Analyzing key reports and sales analytics to make recommendations on how to improve individual team performance
- Leveraging solution enablement and sales training to consistently increase performance and drive professional growth
For this role, we're requiring :
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Technology vertical experience preferred
- Recruiting and / or technology experience preferred
- Must have ability to work in a fast changing, innovative environment
- Solid organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Experience with Sales Engagement tools like SalesLoft or Outreach preferred
Education and Experience
- Bachelor degree in marketing / sales or a related field or equivalent proven experience.
- 3+ years proven sales ability / experience
- Management experience preferred.
- Experience hunting for new prospects and customer required
Compensation
Base salary / pay plus commission of $140,000 $180,000 per year. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
