WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :
- Work closely and professionally with local Territory Sales Managers to serve customers in the territory.
- Conduct prospecting calls through means such as Dodge reports, corporate marketing lists, referrals, local media, etc. Respond to all incoming leads daily.
- Follow up with every customer / opportunity to minimize the risk of losing business.
- Effectively communicate Williams Scotsman’s value proposition to customers. Anticipate and overcome objections and ask for the deal.
- Understand the firm’s Essentials Service offerings and any future offerings. Proactively sell the offerings to all customers
- Grow sales of offerings in addition to other potential new initiatives.
- Proactively communicate ideas for additional offerings to commercial leadership.
- Maintain and grow relationships with major customers to ensure best value is achieved.
- Effectively follow KPI goals and objectives, track progress versus goals, and make adjustments if behind on goals.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- 1+ years of sales experience, B2B sales, consultative selling and solution selling experiences are pluses
- Previous successful phone selling skills preferred
- High School degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- General knowledge of the construction process and site services is a plus.

A Day In the Life .
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all members, clients and staff.

- Communicate with members and clients, via telephone, email and face-to-face, to effectively promote Restore and our service offerings.
- Providing guest tours, selling packages & memberships.
- Educate clients of all modalities and benefits, recommend products we offer to support and enhance their goals.
- Ensure proper on-boarding of new Restore members and clients through the use of waivers, agreements and the creation of client profiles.
- Support and contribute to the outcomes in all sales performance and operational areas for your store.
- Administering all non-medical and non-specialty services.
- Community outreach - assisting in lead generation, attending community events, contribute to social media efforts and act as a brand ambassador to strengthen business to business relationships.
Personal Attributes
- You must have a valid ID
- Must have an open schedule and be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays (when needed)
- High School degree required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Physical requirements can vary. These must be reviewed with management. However, in general, the position requires the following physical activities :
- Ability to lift a minimum of 2 pounds to a maximum of 20 pounds unassisted; able to sit, stand, stoop, walk, stretch, reach frequently;
