JOB SUMMARY :

Inside Sales Representative Call Center will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products and services, initiating the sales process.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products.
  • Drive sales by developing, identifying and securing all relevant opportunities
  • Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer solutions
  • Provides telephone support to customers
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales target
  • Engages in other sales-related duties as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES :

  • Performs work under direct supervision
  • Handles basic issues and problems
  • Refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
  • Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), as well as other accounting software programs
  • Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculators, and copiers
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work under time constraints and meet deadlines

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

  • 0-2 years of experience
  • State Law requires that applicants be 21 years old and over
  • Experience in a smoke shop / vape is highly

preferred
