Some degree of analytical ability plus experience with Power Point and Excel will be necessary to allow the team to share success or failure of programs.
A successful candidate will be able to build successful relationships, demonstrate the ability to influence other teams and provide support working with National accounts to further explore opportunities and assist in all aspects of National Marketing.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Work with cross-functional teams to maintain presence and ensure involvement in all National Retail Activities
- Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure a timely completion of programs
- Lead development of processes to maximize program outcome
- Regularly communicate program updates to internal stakeholders
- Provide high level analysis of program and issues and work through potential solutions
- Identify and assign ownership to cross-functional team members
- Drive timely execution of each team member
- Ensure all paths to final resolution are tracked, managed and communicated
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field
- 2+ years of experience
- A demonstrated ability to influence other teams
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Retail Marketing experience with some analytical ability
Salary Range
Compensation : $57,400.00 / Year - $82,000.00 / Year

- Changes, rotates and prices displays. Continuously stays on-trend on what the market is drinking and creative ways to educate and upsell to customers.
Stocks and rotates liquor merchandise on shelves (involves carrying cases of beer, liquor and wine). Stocks coolers and set-up displays.
- Performs general cleaning maintenance at the liquor store, including but not limited to : setting up and dismantling displays;
- dusting shelves, displays, etc.; vacuuming and sweeping floors; removing snow from walkways; removing trash from store; cleaning store and cooler windows;
washing shelves and bottles; and cleaning restrooms.
- Assists with training of the staff, including store guidelines, product knowledge and carding procedures.
- Assists with coordinating or carrying out on-site tastings with other staff and or vendors.
- Assures compliance with all store procedures and applicable laws.

About the Job :

We are open Mon thru Fri 10 AM to 6 PM and Sat 9 AM to 5 PM and Sundays we are closed. You will be working 4 weekdays and Saturdays with one weekday off.
