This position comes with an

experience based salary starting at $55k, plus 10% of base

salary in bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, 401k, Employee

Duties

and Responsibilities (but not limited to) :

  • Day-to-Day Management
  • Manage, lead and mentor Staff
  • Ensure service is maintained at the utmost of quality levels
  • Develop risk management and mitigation strategies
  • R epresent The ONE Group in investigating, answering,

and settling grievances in absence of General Manager

  • Maintain all corporate mandates
  • Update and track daily reports

Staffing and Team Development

Analyze staffing requirements, develop iteration plans, and

assess opportunities for future growth

  • Interview, screen, and recruit job applicants
  • Coach, mentor, and train staff
  • Responsible for Team performance morale,

productivity, energy

Manage regular review of performance for staff

Fiscal Responsibility

  • Monitor activities and expenses
  • Keep General Manager informed of sales and

key issues

QUALIFICATIONS / PRIMARY JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum 3 years professional experience
  • Strong management skills
  • Strong influence, interpersonal, communication, problem

solving and creative solution generation skills

  • General business acumen
  • Expert knowledge of all Restaurant computer systems
  • The ability to quickly integrate into a team and be

recognized as a leader

The ability to find problem areas, develops solutions

and get the job done

Able to delegate effectively with a sense of professionalism

Responsibilities :

  • Scrape, sort, and rinse glassware before putting them in the dishwasher to be cleaned
  • Unload the dishwashing machine and polish glassware before restocking in appropriate storage areas
  • Sweep and scrub bar floors at the end of the shift and empty the bar trash to maintain a clean and tidy working environment
  • Maintain proper amounts of juices, fruits, and other necessary bar needs throughout the shift
  • Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed
  • Assist the bartender throughout the shift as instructed as well as the customers when necessary

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience working in food service is preferred
  • Excellent stamina and physical health
  • Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to obtain proper TABC certification
