Restaurant Barback
We’re searching for hardworking individuals who are eager to contribute to the efficient operation of our busy bar as our next barback.
We require a dependable person who can jump in and assist with a range of activities. You will be scraping, sorting, and cleaning glassware by hand or loading it into the bar dishwashing machine, assisting with the needs of the bartender as well as the customers when necessary, keeping the bar stocked and organized with fruits, glassware, alcohol, etc.
and performing additional cleaning as needed to create an efficient work area for the bar. The ideal candidate is at least 18 years of age and has a passion for hospitality and maintaining an efficient workplace.

Compensation : $11 - $15 per hour

Responsibilities :
- Scrape, sort, and rinse glassware before putting them in the dishwasher to be cleaned
- Unload the dishwashing machine and polish glassware before restocking in appropriate storage areas
- Sweep and scrub bar floors at the end of the shift and empty the bar trash to maintain a clean and tidy working environment
- Maintain proper amounts of juices, fruits, and other necessary bar needs throughout the shift
- Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed
- Assist the bartender throughout the shift as instructed as well as the customers when necessary
Qualifications :
- Previous experience working in food service is preferred
- Excellent stamina and physical health
- Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask
- Must be at least 18 years of age to obtain proper TABC certification
