Wealth Management Recruiter

Responsibilities :

• Identifying candidates for potential job openings specifically in Finance, Accounting, and administrative positions
• Interviewing a minimum of 10 quality candidates weekly for potential job openings
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
• Creating "write-ups" and finding qualified candidates to message via email / LinkedIn
• Making warm / cold calls to candidates passively looking for opportunities
• Requisition, sourcing, candidate review, pre-screen and selection, and interview scheduling
• Assess applicants knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Qualifications :

• Must have 5 years of strong Wealth Management Recruiting experience
• Must have experience in the staffing industry
• Must be system savvy and be able to pick things up quickly
• In-depth understanding of agency recruiting
• Must be proficient in LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, , and other recruiting platforms
• Successfully able to meet and conduct comprehensive in-depth, in-person interviews with candidates

Compensation : Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $60,000 starting annually, plus commissions.

Commission plan allows for high total earning potential.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position.

Technical Recruiter

Our Technical Recruiters identify and recruit Technology Professionals for our Clients throughout the U.S. On a daily basis, recruiters will communicate and develop relationships with experts in the technology field, in an effort to identify career opportunities for them.

Essential Functions :

• Build relationships with prospective Candidates over the phone, in-person through Candidate meetings, coffee, lunches, etc.
