A successful Recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and adapt to frequent pivots while prioritizing current hiring needs.

You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like job boards and internal and external referrals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Work closely with HR and Operations to understand hiring needs

  • Daily use of Excel spreadsheets : Candidate Tracker, Recruitment Details by Branch, Hiring Incentives, Recruiter Productivity
  • Assist with job board sponsorships, social media campaigns, and ATS job postings
  • Parse resumes into Applicant Tracking System
  • Source and recruit passive candidates for hard to fill roles
  • Screen candidate resumes and applications
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Conduct candidate phone screens and provide feedback to hiring managers
  • Coordinate interviews using integrated ATS & Outlook Scheduling Assistant to filter candidates within schedule
  • Provide well documented recruiting reports
  • Act as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
  • Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with Hiring Managers
  • Promote company hiring incentives and referral bonuses to candidates
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Recruitment team in talent acquisition strategy
