In this role you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of recruiting for our hourly plant openings, in multiple locations.

You will manage the hourly requisitions, assessing candidate applications, phone interviewing, scheduling onsite interviews, and building relationships with Hiring Managers and HR.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert understanding the different Plant structures and position details along with operating hours, pay, workforce, job descriptions and requirements.
  • Posting all hourly positions within the manufacturing facilities and monitoring the application flow
  • Successfully full-fill the talent demand needed for current and future state of the plants
  • Provides recruiting support from assessing applications, phone interviewing and scheduling onsite interviews.
  • Work with the plants to create a structure to coordinate and schedule onsite interviews
  • Maintains and creates spreadsheets that includes the applicants and where they are at in the interview process
  • Attends job fairs / career events including High Schools / Colleges to promote employment opportunities and attract talent
  • Collaborate with other HR team members and Operations Leadership across the company to identify best practices and strategize on recruitment efforts
  • Responsible for weekly recruiting reports and tracking goals
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

BS / BA with HR experience and 2-6 years of recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.

Preferable experience recruiting in a high-volume capacity.

  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding recruitment
  • Ability to manage and prioritize time efficiently and effectively to complete projects and assignments timely and accurately
  • Demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously
  • High level of customer focus both internally and external
  • Ability to multi-task and deal with team members with diverse background
  • Strong communications, interpersonal and follow-up skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are able to influence and persuade
  • Ability to be proactive, self-motivated team player
  • Strong computer, Microsoft office skills and knowledge of applicant tracking systems
