Summary : The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.
Provides a welcoming atmosphere for all guests and supplies information regarding the organization and performs a variety of tasks.
Requirements

Greets clients, visitors, and guests in a polite, prompt, and helpful manner. Provides any necessary instruction / directions.
Informs appropriate department / person of visitors arrival.
- Answers multi-line telephone, screens, takes messages, and directs phone calls to staff
- Answer questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Performs all mail processing to include but not limited to : Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
- Performs basic filing and recordkeeping as needed
- Adhering to safety training and protocols on a daily basis, and taking precautionary measure to ensure the safety and well-being of self, others.
- Responsible for protecting the confidentiality of any information or material obtained in the service with the organization to include but not limited to client names and information, services rendered to clients, donors names and gifts, internal and external investigations or results of any investigations, and financial information.
- Adherence to the Code of Conduct and the Faith and Moral Policy is mandatory.
- Every employee is required to take a solution-oriented approach in their interactions and undertakings, as well as being a team member that promotes collaboration and commitment to the Mission and Vision of the organization.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications :
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience serving as a receptionist or in an office setting.
License and Credentials
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver license
- Valid vehicle insurance
Minimum Knowledge and Skills :
- Bilingual in English and Spanish;
- Experience with computer software and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Must have multitasking and time-management skills;
- Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, work well independently and on a team;
- Must have good written and verbal skills;
- Must have good critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Requirements :
- Must have at least six months prior work experience with reception duties
- Must have great organizational skills.
- Must be able to type between 60-70 words per minute, proficient in Word, Excel, and Publisher.
- Speaking Spanish as a second language is a plus.
