ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Audiobook Creation Exchange (ACX) Associate Director, Community Relations will work to enhance our policies on ACX, our creator marketplace that connects rightsholders with performers and producers to create their audiobooks. The Associate Director, Community Relations will work closely with internal stakeholders as well as the “indie” creator community to enhance existing and create new policies and programs that serve the ACX community.

As Associate Director, ACX Community Relations, you will...
  • Revitalize existing and build new programs and policies that serve the ACX community, including indie authors, publishers, voice actors, and producers
  • Lead large cross-functional projects partnering with internal Audible teams to ensure Audible delivers the best experience for our creators
  • Act as a trusted voice of the ACX creator in internal strategic discussions, including those pertaining to products, programs and offerings for ACX creators
  • Write and release business critical communications for internal purposes and for the ACX community
  • Analyze and leverage data to drive and inform business critical decisions
  • Formulate and implement internal processes, systems, and practices that support ACX content partnerships and the business as a whole
  • Manage executive asks in a high demand and tight timeline environment

Senior Product Manager, Content Discovery

ABOUT THE ROLE
Audible is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Content Discovery to define and build critical experiences that will help us match customers with content they love. As part of the Content Discovery team, you will help connect listeners with content they can fall in love with, and introduce them to new content - titles, creators, topics and genres they would not have found otherwise. As part of this team, you will make it fun and easy for listeners to explore content by turning their interests into pathways for discovery. Your mission will be to build features that delight every Audible member by making the process of finding their own content intuitive, effortless, and compelling.

ABOUT YOU
You have a thirst for continuous learning, commitment to action, an attitude that anything is possible, ability to execute cross functional projects and a relentless focus on the customer. You’re an accountable, hands on problem-solver with a positive attitude, letting nothing stand in the way. You have strong problem-solving skills, deep product management experience, and understand content discovery systems and applications. You have excellent communication skills and are a data-driven decision maker. You are ready to actively participate and engage with engineering teams, working as a cross-functional team to solve complex discovery problems for our customers.   • Define and execute the roadmap with clearly articulated and well measured goals
  • Identify, define and execute on projects that elevate the usability, novelty, and comprehensiveness of discovery pathways
  • Drive understanding across Audible of how and where discovery initiatives can bolster content discovery and engagement
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, and other partner teams to create discovery experiences that are meaningful and delightful to consumers
  • Contribute to the worldwide Discovery product strategy/roadmap
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Audible to optimize content classification, browsing, and conversion experiments and measure firmly understood hypotheses and business objectives
  • Plan and prioritize the backlog for development teams to ensure maximum value in deliverables
  • Interpret insights and business needs and transform into detailed product requirements documents and user stories for engineering teams to execute
