- Hire, develop and lead a talented team of Cyber Security engineers and risk managers as they partner with software engineers and business team members to deliver secure products and services to our users world-wide

- Drive compliance through evangelizing, partnership, and education, as well as a robust program of third party / vendor reviews, incident response, application and data security reviews, threat modeling and risk posture, penetration testing, bug bounty, and proactive assessment, auditing, and governance of data protection, data leakage, least privilege, and data privacy controls

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, related field, or relevant information security experience
- 10+ years of industry experience with hands-on security engineering experience
- 10+ years of risk assessment and enabling organizations making security decisions

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Executive Assistant (EA) to the Global Head of Service (GHoS) is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership of one of the world's fastest growing media, content and tech companies.
The EA will instrumental in enhancing GHoS's effectiveness and its senior team. The EA is responsible for building strong trust and confidence within the Service organization, with the CEO's Directs, and the Audible EA community.

- Proactively manage complex calendar schedules of multiple leaders (multiple locations in multiple time zones)

Senior Technical Program Manager, Creator Marketplace
ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, it’s up to you to partner and lead the cross-functional program of inter-related projects that support ongoing business and/or technology goals from design to delivery of fully-developed technology related products that are ready for use. Role is to create cohesion to ensure solutions delivered function properly end-to-end. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases. Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders. Require strong project management, analytical, and process optimization skills.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will...
- Partner with the manager and other engineering teams to deliver complex/cross-functional projects
- Interface and communicate with Software Engineering and QA teams, Product Managers and customer support teams on a daily basis
- Play a key, hands-on role in defining the technical architecture of solutions for services
- Collaborate to define core business objectives in order to deliver the best product, program or project with the most efficient use of company resources
- Consistently and transparently communicate project risks, progress, launches and retrospectives across all stakeholders and teams
- Work with cross-functional teams, i.e. technology, business and operations, in order to manage multiple projects that have conflicting needs and priorities from concept to launch, spanning teams and divisions in Audible and Amazon
- Manage the visibility and transparency of dates, upcoming milestones and release dates throughout the Sprint development process
- Monitor Apps Production Analytics dashboards to ensure roll-outs and ramp-ups are occurring as expected, with no abnormalities, crashes, or install failures
- Build relationships with partner groups in Audible and Amazon and leverage those relationships to integrate your team's priorities within Amazon teams and understand how Amazon's projects impact our own work in this highly decentralized organization

As a leader in of Audible’s Information Security team, you are integral to the smooth operations of the overall information security and cybersecurity program. You will work with executive stakeholders across the company to codify and retire risks, identify and close vulnerabilities and respond to incidents with speed and zeal. You are a primary point of communication and escalation in matters of Information Security.

- You possess deep (depth and breadth) technical expertise in application security, data protection, third party/supply chain risk, incident response, as well as security policies, standards and regulations (for example, GDPR, CCPA). As such, you will be a sought-after leader across the organization. As a Security Engineering Manager, you will...
- Hire, develop and lead a talented team of Cyber Security engineers and risk managers as they partner with software engineers and business team members to deliver secure products and services to our users world-wide
- Ensure that the entire organization learns and lives Audible’s information security policies
- Drive compliance through evangelizing, partnership, and education, as well as a robust program of third party/vendor reviews, incident response, application and data security reviews, threat modeling and risk posture, penetration testing, bug bounty, and proactive assessment, auditing, and governance of data protection, data leakage, least privilege, and data privacy controls
- Create, measure, and persistently track key risk metrics. Use these metrics to demonstrate to the organization that we are meeting our objectives through monthly and quarterly reviews
