RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor project performance against plans and objectives and analyze results
• Prepare project status reports including recommendations and action plans to improve results
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for all members of project team
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

A nationwide construction company in the area is actively searching for a Project Manager to manage commercial / industrial restoration projects in the area.

Job Duties :

• Managing self-performed complex repair and restoration projects
• Preparing / negotiating contracts
• Developing and managing schedules
• Maintaining profit & loss responsibility as well as other project financials including projections, etc
• Providing strong leadership and supervision to project teams (including other Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and field crews) and subcontractors
• Working closely with Estimators to assist in reviewing bids and developing proposals
• Demonstrating dedication to safety and quality control on all projects

Qualifications :
