RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor project performance against plans and objectives and analyze results
- Prepare project status reports including recommendations and action plans to improve results
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for all members of project team
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Job Duties :
- Managing self-performed complex repair and restoration projects
- Preparing / negotiating contracts
- Developing and managing schedules
- Maintaining profit & loss responsibility as well as other project financials including projections, etc
- Providing strong leadership and supervision to project teams (including other Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and field crews) and subcontractors
- Working closely with Estimators to assist in reviewing bids and developing proposals
- Demonstrating dedication to safety and quality control on all projects
Qualifications :
