About the role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be playing a critical role in leading highly visible Financial Institution Ground-Up & Retro-Fit Construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have proven abilities in the retail, healthcare, industrial, or life sciences construction industries.

What you’ll do

  • Leading all facets of project and program management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for office, industrial, and retail projects requiring a focus on healthcare facilities, retail, industrial, life sciences, and / or big box warehouses.
  • Conducts periodic site visits to lead all aspects of the progress of construction and monitors the status of work completed during the schedule for delivery.
  • Harnessing CBRE standards to complex real estate documents related to agreements, contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
  • Supports infrastructure construction and renovation projects and ensures detailed staff understands and implements safety requirements, operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Stewards account-specific Key Performance Indicators and promotes overall program improvements. Performs training and ongoing mentoring for junior-level staff.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to ensure projects are being delivered against established expectations and to explore opportunities for program improvements.
  • Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification processes; conducts standard requests for proposals;

completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.

Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports / meeting minutes to keep client and project resources briefed.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree (BA / BS / Bang / BArch) required from College or University
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing construction projects related to corporate or financial institutions.
  • Prior experience with reading and understanding architectural and civil drawings
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Projects
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
