The Engineering Project Manager-Project Services will be responsible for supporting the Project Services team with a focus on implementing Supply Chain Solutions across the NFI network.
A thorough understanding of warehouse storage design and rack solutions, permitting, slotting and zoning design, and implementation of automation initiatives is required.
Should have experience in FAT / SAT / UAT, and commissioning of automation equipment. Provides regular and proactive communication to customers and NFI leadership.
The successful candidate will possess excellent technical and communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects with on-time delivery of engineering deliverables (Layout validation to standards, MHE validation, HPS Permitting, Slotting / Zoning)
- Communication skills to relay engineering updates and escalations to the project team
- Warehouse design skills to understand operations design and detail out into actual operation flows and layouts
- Work with equipment vendors and establish testing protocols for FAT, SAT, and UAT.
- Collects data and performs statistical analysis
- Maps and documents processes
- Independently identifies process gaps; recommends and implements process improvement
- Applies standard engineering methodologies and tools to design distribution and / or transportation solutions
- Conducts Supply Chain analyses and recommends alternative strategies

Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or other quantitative field of study
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in any of the following areas; distribution center management, materials handling, industrial engineering, decision support systems, and technology
- PMI Certifications (PMP, CAPM) are a plus
- Experience in Warehouse Automation (AGV’s, AMR’s, GTP Tech, High-Level Sortation, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of warehousing solutions and operations
- Data management and manipulation skills

We are currently seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing and overseeing the order fulfillment process for Process Gas Equipment projects.
Some of the essential responsibilities :
Read and analyze sales quotations and customer specifications in order to prepare internal sales orders and order documentation for processing.
Define objectives, scope, purpose and deliverables to be produced.
- Create a project roadmap to plan and set phases, activities and tasks needed to deliver the project. This will include, but is not limited to, schedules, resources, BOM, job documentation, production orders, and any other items stipulated on the customer quotation and specifications in order to comply with the sales order.
- Manage the production of each project to ensure accuracy, efficiency, timeliness and quality. Manage any changes, risks or issues that arise in the project.
Create and update a working schedule for each project. Understand project budget and alert stakeholders
- Prepare, track and follow up on job submittal files. Utilize the SOP for all job files and documents relating to the job / project.
- Identify project completion criteria by keeping track of any outstanding activities or deliverables. Inspect and provide final project signoff prior to shipment.
Follow all closeout requirements in the ERP system. Coordinate handoff to Customer Support for post-shipment activities.
Review and report out on your project. Identify the project successes, deliverables, achievements and lessons learned and communicate this to all stakeholders of the project.
Perform a revenue-cost analysis per project and measure against project budget.
Requirements

Project Manager
We seek a Project Manager to provide expertise in project delivery and management with the expectation to manage various projects and / or programs.
The Project Manager needs to have a diverse background in water / wastewater to manage projects related to design, planning and construction;
and a variety of other related assignments as well as work in a team environment developing engineering studies, conceptual designs, construction plans and specifications, as well as providing support during construction.
