We are currently looking for an exceptional Project Manager, North America to provide oversight, execution, and ensure service delivery on our clients social media moderation and engagement projects.

This role is fully remote. Eastern or Central time zone.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Project Manager, you will ensure client projects are delivered according to the Statement of Work and the strategic vision set out by our clients using blended project management methodologies.

You will oversee, train, and lead a team of social media moderators and liaise with cross functional teams to ensure the project is meeting and exceeding client expectations.

You also will work with external client representatives while attending client meetings to ensure key deliverables are met by the project team.

You will think strategically and will add value in terms of identifying opportunities to expand services and input into the strategic game plans;

Requirements

Qualifications

Educational requirements :

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred but not required

Skills and experience :

  • Demonstrated project management experience; to include but not limited to management of bids & proposals through the successful execution of the project.
  • Ideal candidates will need to have experience in at least one of the areas of specialty- environmental remediation & construction, environmental regulatory compliance (water, waste and / or air) or emergency response services.
