Responsibilities

Provide core PMO Support to the centralized team and project oversight

Drive meetings and progress on action items

Prepare PMO deliverables

Create / manage project plans in Microsoft Projects, drive all tasks, holding stakeholders accountable

Track dependencies and escalate risks / issues as needed

Develop status reports and presentation materials as needed

Ensure requirements and project deliverable dates can be clearly communicated to the management team.

Ensure solutions through discussion with the Business / Stakeholders to resolve problems.

Foster an environment that adapts quickly to create change.

Effectively balance the needs of the client, as well as the needs of the internal teams.

Manage resources for each assigned project to ensure that the project remains on schedule.

Anticipate any potential issues with the project through quick responses and proactive critical thinking.

10+ years of project management experience in financial services

Management consulting experience is preferred

Must have prior background in managing large engagements.

Highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders and business partners to deliver high-quality projects.

Hands-on project documentation. Well-versed in industry best practices.

Experience with MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel is a MUST.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Significant experience in all phases of project delivery from conceptual through close-out

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $145,666.00 to $199,430.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

Biology Project Manager Duties :

The Biology Project Manager responsibilities include managing biological resources-related projects, leading biological technical report preparation in accordance with agency requirements, and serving as biological resources lead during environmental review of projects by the appropriate jurisdictions and agencies.

The position also will include resource agency consultation and permitting, client coordination, and preparation of proposals and related business development activities.

The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills because critical aspects of this position include developing solutions for project challenges, forging strong, collaborative relationships, and building consensus among team members, clients, and agencies (please give some examples in cover letter).

The Biology Project Manager may be required to conduct biological fieldwork on occasion; however, primary responsibilities are not fieldwork related.

Pay will be based on qualifications and / or experience, with a robust benefits package. Expected starting pay range of $75,000 to $95,000 annually.

Minimum Requirements for Biology Project Manager :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an environmental science, biology or related field ( degree in biochemistry or microbiology not acceptable ).
• Minimum 5 years’ demonstrated experience in the environmental field carrying out biological resources or similar projects as a consultant or agency staff member.
• Minimum 2 years focused experience serving as project manager on multiple projects for a variety of clients, including direct client and agency interface, managing sub consultants, reviewing work products, and completing multiple and simultaneous tasks within time and budget constraints;

management of compliance programs and renewable energy projects would not be sufficient for this experience requirement.

Our Los Angeles office is seeking a Project Manager / Project Architect for a full-time position with our Los Angeles office.

This position will be responsible for the overall management of multiple projects in our Healthcare, Education, Public Works and / or Transportation Practice Areas.

The Project Manager will provide general supervision of staff to prepare and review design and construction documents and specifications for projects applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning, building codes and building materials for projects.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
