Super strong PM w / financial service experience and risk / compliance experience, understand risk / compliance world, has worked with MRA / MRIAs (will be integrated with various lines of business, just driving the tasks (remediation, etc.

not making the MRA decisions, managing the overall plan (business side is the experts in MRA work), will be providing status reports, will be owning a workstream within larger program

MS Project is still a must, very good communication skills, am assertive, manage a team, keep team together, interact with C-Suite

Responsibilities

Provide core PMO Support to the centralized team and project oversight

Drive meetings and progress on action items

Prepare PMO deliverables

Create / manage project plans in Microsoft Projects, drive all tasks, holding stakeholders accountable

Track dependencies and escalate risks / issues as needed

Develop status reports and presentation materials as needed

Ensure requirements and project deliverable dates can be clearly communicated to the management team.

Ensure solutions through discussion with the Business / Stakeholders to resolve problems.

Foster an environment that adapts quickly to create change.

Effectively balance the needs of the client, as well as the needs of the internal teams.

Manage resources for each assigned project to ensure that the project remains on schedule.

Anticipate any potential issues with the project through quick responses and proactive critical thinking.

10+ years of project management experience in financial services

Management consulting experience is preferred

Must have prior background in managing large engagements.

Highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders and business partners to deliver high-quality projects.

Hands-on project documentation. Well-versed in industry best practices.

Experience with MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel is a MUST.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

PMP Certification

Description :

The Application Security Tester is responsible for detecting threats and vulnerabilities in target systems, networks, and applications by conducting systems, network, and web vulnerability assessment / security testing.

The Application Security Tester identifies the security flaws and weaknesses in the systems that can be exploited to cause business risk, and provides crucial insights into the most pressing issues, suggesting how to prioritize security resources.

Responsibilities :

• Extensive experience in SAST and DAST testing.
• Some good experience in manual testing.
• Extensive experience in banking industry.
• Knowledge of common software vulnerabilities, such as those in the OWASP Top 10
• Experience with CVSS and how to apply.
• Acts as influencer of peers and management
• Conducts Software Composition Analysis, SAST, DAST and Penetration testing.
• Post vulnerability assessment, work with various stakeholders to provide remediation to the identified risks and bring the same to closure.
• Conducts proof of concepts, vendor comparisons and recommend solutions in line with business requirements.
• Conducts risk assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and determine the impact of proposed changes to business processes, applications and systems.
• Conducts security research on threats and remediation methods.
• Conducts vulnerability assessment on the target IT Infrastructure, applications and related information assets
• Creates process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and solutions for process improvements.
• Develops and maintains a set of operational and forward-looking security metrics.
• Follows a standard methodology to identify and / or detect threats to the IT infrastructure, applications, and other information assets.
• Oversees monitoring of security reports to identify issues and follow these issues to resolution.
• Performs web application security assessments (e.g., exploiting web app vulnerabilities such as SQL injection, cross-site scripting, parameter manipulation, session hijacking, etc.
• Prepares system security reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends; presents reporting for management review.

Qualifications :

• 3+ years of Direct Application Security Testing Experience, performing and evaluating SAST, DAST, Pen.Test.
• Knowledge of common software vulnerabilities, such as those in the OWASP Top 10
• Experience with CVSS and how to apply.
• Must have experience with web application and code vulnerability scanning tools such as AppScan, Fortify, BurpSuite.
• Security certifications a plus
• Ethical hacking experience a plus
• Exposure to IT risk management a plus

Core Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience
• 3 years direct experience performing Application Security testing duties (SAST / DAST, Penetration Testing)

Nice-to-Have :

• CEH / CSAE / SEC542 or any equivalent security testing certifications
• Spanish is not mandatory but nice.

Position : SECURITY ANALYST

4.2. Required Qualifications

The Department requires the following experience, skills, and / or knowledge for this position :

One (1) or more years of server or network administration experience;

One (1) or more years of information security administration experience in an enterprise

• environment with 1000 or more users;
• One (1) or more years of vulnerability management experience;

Two (2) or more years in a helpdesk / pc support role; and

Experience maintaining and supporting 3rd party endpoint protection.

4.3. Preferred Qualifications

The Department prefers the Candidate to have the following experience, skills, and / or knowledge for

One (1) or more years using Microsoft Defender products;

• IT standards in a criminal justice environment;

Responding to security threats in a criminal justice environment.
