Genesis10 is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 9 month contract position supporting our financial services client.

This will be a HYBRID position (3 days per week as required) in Pittsburgh, PA.

Pay : $68.00 - $70.00 per hour W2 based on experience

Location : HYBRID (3 days onsite per week in Pittsburgh, PA)

Period of Performance : May 2023 to May 2024 (potential hire thereafter)

Job Duties

• Manage resourcing across four capabilities within the program (ThoughtSpot, Alteryx, Reg Office, AI / Client Ops)
• Maintain project & program related reporting (project updates, project metrics, product roadmaps, other ad-hoc program demands)
• Acting scrum master for ThoughtSpot & AI / Client development teamsDrive execution of agile ceremonies and refine iterative processes at each cycle
• Thought leadership around the execution & funding of AI / Client & other analytic effortsRoadmap planning and Client funding (service provider model) tracking
• Create and Support executive level reporting and presentations
• Monitor program and project budget actuals and projections throughout the year, allocating resources as required
• Focused on continuous process and team improvement

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and experience within a scaled Agile environment
• 5-10 years of previous experience will be required.
• Budget and resource management experience
• Senior responsibilities in previous roles, (PMP a benefit)
• Confidence in product knowledge to challenge what is being communicated
• Previous program and / or project management experience within financial services
• Capability to understand and communicate complex architecture diagrams
• Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no C2C)

A nationwide construction company in the area is actively searching for a Project Manager to manage commercial / industrial restoration projects in the area.

Job Duties :

• Managing self-performed complex repair and restoration projects
• Preparing / negotiating contracts
• Developing and managing schedules
• Maintaining profit & loss responsibility as well as other project financials including projections, etc
• Providing strong leadership and supervision to project teams (including other Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and field crews) and subcontractors
• Working closely with Estimators to assist in reviewing bids and developing proposals
• Demonstrating dedication to safety and quality control on all projects

Qualifications :
