Job Description
Genesis10 is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 9 month contract position supporting our financial services client.
This will be a HYBRID position (3 days per week as required) in Pittsburgh, PA.
Pay : $68.00 - $70.00 per hour W2 based on experience
Location : HYBRID (3 days onsite per week in Pittsburgh, PA)
Period of Performance : May 2023 to May 2024 (potential hire thereafter)
Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
Job Duties
- Manage resourcing across four capabilities within the program (ThoughtSpot, Alteryx, Reg Office, AI / Client Ops)
- Maintain project & program related reporting (project updates, project metrics, product roadmaps, other ad-hoc program demands)
- Acting scrum master for ThoughtSpot & AI / Client development teamsDrive execution of agile ceremonies and refine iterative processes at each cycle
- Thought leadership around the execution & funding of AI / Client & other analytic effortsRoadmap planning and Client funding (service provider model) tracking
- Create and Support executive level reporting and presentations
- Monitor program and project budget actuals and projections throughout the year, allocating resources as required
- Focused on continuous process and team improvement
Qualifications
- Knowledge of and experience within a scaled Agile environment
- 5-10 years of previous experience will be required.
- Budget and resource management experience
- Senior responsibilities in previous roles, (PMP a benefit)
- Confidence in product knowledge to challenge what is being communicated
- Previous program and / or project management experience within financial services
- Capability to understand and communicate complex architecture diagrams
- Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no C2C)
