Job Description :
The IT Finance & Vendor Manager will work directly with the finance organization to establish, update and manage the IT budget.
Additionally, this individual will work with IT suppliers to negotiate supplier agreements for services needed by the IT organization.
They will establish supplier options and work across IT leadership to solve the best options to fulfill the need. The IT Finance & Vendor Manager will work closely with the vendor representative on invoicing and resolving disputes.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all activities associated with the IT budget.
- Drive the annual financial planning process.
- Track and analyze historical and future projections.

Qualifications :

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ.
This is a 12 + month contract position.
Responsibilities :
- Focus on the creation, maintenance and execution of test scripts and other specialty testing activities in the areas of automation testing, test environments or application specialties
- Will be considered a subject matter expert in one or more of these areas
- Identify and develop ways to improve the quality, capability, or efficiency of the testing process
- Typically focused on automating new functionality pre-release and maintenance post-release or driving efficient testing in other areas

Project Manager
Genesis10 is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 9 month contract position supporting our financial services client.
This will be a HYBRID position (3 days per week as required) in Pittsburgh, PA .
Pay : $68.00 - $70.00 per hour W2 based on experience
Location : HYBRID (3 days onsite per week in Pittsburgh, PA)
Period of Performance : May 2023 to May 2024 (potential hire thereafter)

Job Duties
- Manage resourcing across four capabilities within the program (ThoughtSpot, Alteryx, Reg Office, AI / Client Ops)
- Maintain project & program related reporting (project updates, project metrics, product roadmaps, other ad-hoc program demands)
- Acting scrum master for ThoughtSpot & AI / Client development teams
- Drive execution of agile ceremonies and refine iterative processes at each cycle
- Thought leadership around the execution & funding of AI / Client & other analytic efforts
- Roadmap planning and Client funding (service provider model) tracking
- Create and Support executive level reporting and presentations
- Monitor program and project budget actuals and projections throughout the year, allocating resources as required
- Focused on continuous process and team improvement
Qualifications
- Knowledge of and experience within a scaled Agile environment
- 5-10 years of previous experience will be required.
- Budget and resource management experience
- Senior responsibilities in previous roles, (PMP a benefit)
- Confidence in product knowledge to challenge what is being communicated
- Previous program and / or project management experience within financial services
- Capability to understand and communicate complex architecture diagrams
- Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no C2C)

Our client, the world's leading search engine and technology company, is seeking a Project Manager III. This is a 10 month + contract position located in New York, NY.
Summary :
This temp will join the Developer and Education Marketing team, working with an organization that's dedicated to maintaining a happy, thriving and successful developer and startup ecosystem.
Responsibilities :
- Project coordination and communication.
- Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular meetings, provide project updates, and ensure that all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.

IT Budget and Finance Manager
Job Description
The IT Finance & Vendor Manager will work directly with the finance organization to establish, update and manage the IT budget.
Additionally, this individual will work with IT suppliers to negotiate supplier agreements for services needed by the IT organization.
They will establish supplier options and work across IT leadership to solve the best options to fulfill the need. The IT Finance & Vendor Manager will work closely with the vendor representative on invoicing and resolving disputes.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all activities associated with the IT budget.
- Drive the annual financial planning process.
- Track and analyze historical and future projections.
- Ad-hoc responsibilities that support the department's financial strategy, include benchmarking, reporting, and analysis
- Monitor the market and analyze IT industry trends for better supplier options.
- Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures, including those for equipment, hardware, software, and services.
- Establish necessary controls to ensure vendor invoicing aligns with the budget.
- Research, identify, and qualify potential new suppliers to secure more cost-effective sources of products and services.

Qualifications :
