Duties and Responsibilities : C onduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Develop a product strategy, roadmap, and vision that aligns with company goals and objectives. Define product requirements and specifications, including features, functionality, user interface, and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
Manage the product development process, including setting timelines, milestones, and budgets. Conduct user testing and feedback sessions to ensure product quality and user satisfaction.
Analyze product performance and metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. Develop pricing and positioning strategies for the product to maximize revenue and market share.
Communicate product updates, progress, and performance to stakeholders, including executives, investors, and customers. Continuously monitoring market trends and customer needs to stay ahead of competition and innovate the product.
To be successful, you’ll need : A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required, master’s degree preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software company. Knowledge of product management frameworks, methodologies, and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and Azure DevOps.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Major Accountabilities
Get to the root of problems facing our clients before jumping to solutions.
Lead squad adoption of client obsessed practices, leveraging design thinking frameworks and playbook approaches.
Lead the planning and execution of client research and design workshop practices to build and execute the Product Roadmap and OKR creation.
Synthesize information from multiple channels such as direct client feedback, stakeholder feedback, market research, competitor analysis, and user testing.
Author feature briefs and user stories, conduct acceptance testing and create detailed release notes and wiki-based product documentation.
Ensure key squad level artefacts are created and maintained. Examples : current / future state client journey maps, personas, empathy maps, story boards etc.
Work hand in hand with the Squad & UX designer to create amazing user experiences.
Review and prioritize backlogs in preparation for increment and / or related planning activities and make appropriate trade-offs to optimize value delivery
When necessary, work in conjunction with the technical support team to triage and assess production issues, perform impact analysis, and provide support to the engineering team to bring issues to resolution.

Qualification in Agile Project Management and / or Lean / Six Sigma is strongly preferred

Job Summary
