We are excited to add a highly motivated full-time Product Manager to our team . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of a product or a set of products from inception to launch and beyond.
You will ensure that the product(s) you manage meet customer needs, align with the company's goals, and generate revenue.
This position is in our Glendale, CA office.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- C onduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop a product strategy, roadmap, and vision that aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Define product requirements and specifications, including features, functionality, user interface, and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
- Manage the product development process, including setting timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Conduct user testing and feedback sessions to ensure product quality and user satisfaction.
- Analyze product performance and metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Develop pricing and positioning strategies for the product to maximize revenue and market share.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and performance to stakeholders, including executives, investors, and customers.
- Continuously monitoring market trends and customer needs to stay ahead of competition and innovate the product.
To be successful, you’ll need :
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required, master’s degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software company.
- Knowledge of product management frameworks, methodologies, and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
