Meets regularly with Funeral Director(s) to ensure customer needs are met

Frequently communicates with families to coordinate activities

Collects vital information, files death certificates and insurance claims

Schedules appointments for Funeral Directors

Designs and prints memorials; creates, scans, and corrects arrangement documents

Orders merchandise, flowers, urns

Schedules services including coordinating with churches, cemeteries and staff

Assists with setting up funeral / visitation areas and take down

Assists during funeral services and events

May be required to ensure company vehicles are clean and fueled, prior to and after services

Adheres to all Company and Regulatory requirements

Performs other administrative duties for the location when time permits

MINIMUM Requirements

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Certification / License

Good driving record and valid driver’s license

Experience

2 years of experience in an office clerical or customer service capacity required

Experience working in a customer-focused and fast-paced professional environment required

Funeral industry experience preferred but not required

Objective

The pilot in command falls under the flight crew division of the charter flight operations and is responsible for providing outstanding service to charter customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company procedures and FAA regulations.

The purpose of the flight operations department is to provide safe, secure, convenient air transportation in line with client demands.

The primary focus of the Million Air / American Jet team is saving lives, which provides a unique life style option to the typical 135 pilot with extended trips away from home and family.

The 135-charter fleet is made up of a variety of mid cabin aircraft. We will train in specific aircraft type with requisite hours.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Work to ensure safety is never compromised, working with the safety manager.

2. Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner. Develop a rapport with aircraft owners and passengers.

3. Inspect aircraft for cleanliness and upkeep prior to customer arrival

4. Communicate often and in a timely fashion in person, by phone, and by email. Advise flight ops of customer preferences.

Purpose of Position

Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking qualified Pilot in Command candidates for a Challenger 350 aircraft based in Dallas, TX.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Ensures the Safe Operation of Flight :

  • Ensures crewing and trip assignments are compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Completes flight planning, performance and weight and balance tasks for each assignment, as required.
  • Utilizes Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to lead required briefings and mitigate operational risks.
  • Complies with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinates with company personnel as required. Acts as the Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator as defined by company policy.
  • Completes all aircraft pre-flight tasks, including the maintenance status of the aircraft, to ensure the aircraft is mission capable.

Records all aircraft discrepancies in accordance with company SOPs.

  • Ensures all aircraft ground servicing items (e.g., fueling, oil, oxygen) are monitored and accomplished in accordance with SOPs.
  • Completes passenger briefings in accordance with company policy and regulation. Delivers the highest level of customer service and meet any special needs of passengers (e.

Utilizes Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) to communicate with crew and support personnel clearly and in a timely manner during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations.
