As a Banking Service Professional, the Personal Banker will provide effective support of sales and service activities within the banking office, developing new business by educating existing and potential clients and exemplifying Valley's quality service standards.
Provides a variety of banking solutions by analyzing needs, recommending solutions and selling bank products and services to existing and potential clients.
Perform a variety of routine banking transactions (teller and platform), while supporting the Market Manager in achieving quality service and complying with operational procedures.

Required Skills :
- Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Analyze, interpret, and apply financial analysis, financial modeling, and statistics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior management.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with experience leading complex evaluations.
- Experience with collateral field examinations.
- Experience using an ABL software system, preferable ABLSoft. Strong understanding of lending regulations and standards.
- Working knowledge of bank regulations and commercial or consumer lending businesses (preferred). Detail oriented and organized.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and uphold strong ethical standards.
Required Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in Asset Based Lending or related field.
