ROLE OVERVIEW :

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of social media and other digital marketing initiatives.

This position plays a key role in the company's success. It reports directly to the VP of Marketing and includes frequent interaction with the Leadership Team and the CEO.

This position will be based in our Towson headquarters with occasional visits to our Lutherville store. A hybrid schedule will be offered after the in-office training period.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Analyze the company's digital marketing and social media strategy, identify strategic strengths / weaknesses, make recommendations for improvements and execute on approved recommendations
  • Create and implement measurable marketing strategies that drive revenue and increase customer acquisition, conversion, and growth tied to goals
  • Improve the design, UX, traffic and content of websites
  • Work in collaboration with the Director of Digital Analytics and team to drive organic search ranking results as well as growth in leads and conversions.
  • Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities
  • Set, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for engagement and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPIs
  • Develop AB testing for social media posts and evaluate content, time of day and days of week, etc. to determine what generates the most interactions / engagements
  • Manage social media channels for the Senior Helpers brand and franchisees, including scheduling of posts across all social media channels
  • Content creation to include website pages, social media posts, etc.
  • Manage content changes on the brand and franchisee websites
  • Oversee management of online review and reputation management platforms
  • Work collaboratively with agency partners
  • Promote positive relations with all franchise owners, vendor partners and staff
  • Additional tasks and projects as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field AND inimum of five to seven years of progressive experience in digital marketing
  • Experience working with franchise or multi-location business units preferred
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO / SEM, PPC, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (including presentation and listening skills)
  • High energy level; positive attitude , confidence, integrity, professionalism and self-motivation
  • Team orientation; ability to work with peers from other departments
  • The ability to problem-solve, execute, and communicate complex messages to diverse audiences with a high degree of autonomy

SOFTWARE Experience :

Senior Helpers is currently seeking a Caregiver Manager to work in their East Tucson office.

As a member of Senior Helpers Caregiver Manager team , you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide compassionate care and improve the quality of life for our clients, their families and our employees .

The Caregiver Manager (CM) will be responsible for managing and developing caregivers for Senior Helpers within the franchise territory.

This will include all caregiver recruiting, hiring, recognition programs, and discipline. This is a part time salaried position with an opportunity to become full time.

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to) :

  • Supervision, and when necessary, discipline of the caregivers
  • Overall management of the caregivers, including development and implementation of caregiver training programs in collaboration with the DO and implementation and dissemination of the Occurrence Policy
  • Conduct bi-monthly site checks of each caregiver to ensure care plans are being implemented correctly, policies and procedures are adhered to, and all job duties are performed in a manner that is satisfactory and meets the Senior Helpers brand expectations
  • Creates morale building recognition programs for the caregivers such as Caregiver of the Month, acknowledgments of high-level performances, and training completions
  • Reviews the daily logs and time sheets bi-weekly to ensure that each caregiver is following the care plan and that lost hours are identified
  • Develops and disseminates caregiver newsletter or manages the Caregiver Coordinator to do so
  • Manages the caregiver contact board
  • Communicates all new hires, terminations, and inactive employees to scheduler for input into Soneto
  • Manages all caregiver call outs, late arrivals, early departures, and refusals of assignments; takes appropriate action based on the Occurrence Policy
  • Works with the Scheduling Coordinator to hire for the void; runs ads accordingly
  • Ensure that applicants have been properly screened and that orientation / hiring sessions are comprehensive and conducted for all hires (or manages the HR Coordinator to do this.
  • In concert with the Scheduling Coordinator, responsible for ensuring appropriate matching and placement of caregivers with clients and ensuring scheduling is done for optimum gross profit margin
  • Works with Office Admin or HR Coordinator, responsible for ensuring appropriate matching and placement of Caregivers with clients and ensuring scheduling is done for optimum gross profit margin
  • Interviews caregivers or manages the HR Coordinator to do this
  • Implementation of the Senior Gems® program

Qualifications :

  • Must have minimum of one year experience managing employees, preferably in a care setting
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
  • Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability
  • Ability to visit clients homes in the assigned territory
  • Bachelor's degree and three years of related work experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required
  • Ability to learn other software programs quickly
  • Strong verbal communication skills, especially using the telephone
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to fill urgent shifts / call outs as needed
  • Will take turns being on call after hours and on weekends, alternating every other week
