PURPOSE AND SCOPE :

Supports FMCNA’s mission, vision, core values, quality policy and goals of the Fresenius Vascular Care Group. The position will act as an assistant to the Physicians, RN’s and Radiology Technicians in patient care and operating procedures.

This position has frequent contact with patients, visitors, and the families of patients requiring effective communication skills and a helpful attitude.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Under general supervision, follows established company policies and procedures and applies acquired job skills to

    • Serves and protects the physician and health care providers by adhering to professional standards, policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations
    • Work closely with the doctors to manage office efficiency, flow and quality of customer care
    • Maintain continuity of communications with rotating physicians and physician assistants
    • Other duties, as needed

    DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
